We are thrilled to announce our achievement in the 2023 MGA Star Ratings, boasting a score of 4.53 out of 5. This score serves as a true testament to our unwavering dedication to excellence. Although narrowly missing the prestigious 5-star rating, securing 12th position, when there are over 300 MGAs operating in the UK, fills us with immense pride.
The 2023 MGA Star Ratings, compiled from valuable feedback provided by over 1,850 brokers, reflect the experiences brokers have had over the past year. We deeply value the trust and respect we have gained from our broker partners.
What truly sets our accomplishment apart is the significant growth within NBS over the past 12 months. Despite this remarkable expansion, including a substantial increase in GWP and quote numbers by nearly 40% to £100 million and 80,000 quotes, alongside a 60% growth in our team, we have successfully maintained the high level of service that defines us.
Moreover, our strategic expansion efforts led to the acquisition of two new businesses within the NBS Group, enabling us to expand our product portfolio and offer a more comprehensive coverage of needs within the insurance market. Currently, we provide 36 commercial and household products in the UK and Ireland, reinforcing our commitment to delivering a diverse range of solutions for brokers.
