NBS Underwriting rated 4.53 / 5 by brokers in MGA Survey
24 October 2022
NBS Underwriting are delighted to be awarded an MGA star rating of 4.53, for the second consecutive year.
The Insurance Times conducted its annual MGA survey, which collates brokers’ opinions, attitudes, and levels of satisfaction with the service and products they receive from their MGA partners. This gives MGAs a star rating out of five and provides a practical tool to help brokers assess a business as well as assist MGAs to benchmark their own performance.
This year’s results reveal that only 43 of MGAs met the report’s threshold to be awarded a star rating – with NBS being ranked in the top 20. This is a fantastic achievement for NBS knowing there are now over 300 MGAs operating with in the UK insurance market.
Steve Cowman, Managing Director commented “We are extremely proud of the score we have achieved. Over the last couple of years, we have undergone huge growth; increasing GWP from £23m in 2020 to £73m by the end of 2022. As the entire business has scaled up, we have faced challenges, but this score reflects our continued commitment to deliver service excellence.”
“This rating is an endorsement of our commitment to make our brokers’ lives easier and how we add value across a large cross section of products. We continue to be agile and react to market conditions finding the right solutions for brokers and their customers.”
