With an impressive 40 years of invaluable experience in the insurance industry, Stan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. His journey began at Commercial Union, where he received top-class training and development, propelling him through the ranks with remarkable speed. Driven by his ambition, Stan eventually established his own successful insurance brokerage.

Building upon his achievements, Stan then assumed the role of Director at the renowned Crowe Insurance Group – Syndicates of Lloyds. Following many successful years there, he had the opportunity to execute a Management Buyout (MBO), leading to the establishment of the highly regarded RiskAlliance Group. As the CEO and majority shareholder of RiskAlliance Group, Stan made significant contributions to its growth and success. It was during this time that he founded NBS in 2011.

Stan’s exceptional leadership skills and strategic vision have played a pivotal role in executing numerous mergers and acquisitions throughout his career, this extensive experience enables him to grasp the intricacies and challenges within the insurance value chain. Additionally, Stan excels at cultivating and nurturing valuable partnerships, further enhancing NBS’s reach and impact.
