How long does it take to get a quote?
How long is my quotation valid?
Your quotation is valid for a period of 30 days. If this period has expired, please contact us for a further quotation.
What if my client needs to make a claim?
If I find a more competitive quotation from another insurance provider, are you able to match it?

How will I receive my insurance documents?
Once you have purchased your policy on behalf of your client, you will receive the necessary documentation via e-mail. Documents are also stored in your company’s dedicated and secure file on our bespoke quote engine so you can access them online instantly.
How long before my clients’ renewal date will you release renewal terms?
NBS endeavours to release renewal terms at least 30 days prior to your clients’ renewal date.
My client has a previous insurance claim; can you still offer terms?
Our policies are provided on a case-by-case basis. Our team of industry-leading in-house underwriters will look at each request on its own merit and will provide you with a quotation accordingly.
