Who can enter?
The NBS World Cup Challenge is open to eligible brokers whose company holds an agency with NBS.
How many times can I enter?
You can submit one entry per email address per round. Once your entry has been submitted, it cannot be changed.
How does scoring work?
You’ll receive 5 points for an exact score prediction and 2 points for correctly predicting the match outcome.
How does the tie-break work?
One fixture in each round will include a tie-break question, where you’ll be asked to predict the total number of goals scored in that match. If two or more entrants finish level on points, the closest tie-break prediction will decide the winner. If there is still a tie after this, both entrants will win a prize.
How are knockout matches scored?
For knockout matches, predictions are based on the score after 90 minutes only. Extra time and penalties do not count.
How do I win the Perfect Round Prize?
If a qualifying round contains 6 fixtures and you correctly predict all 6 exact full-time scores, you’ll win the Perfect Round Prize.
Will every round have a round winner prize?
No. Round winner prizes are only awarded in rounds that contain 6 fixtures.
What happens if a fixture is abandoned or doesn’t finish?
If a fixture is abandoned, cancelled, postponed or does not produce an official full-time result after 90 minutes, it will be treated as void for the purposes of the competition.
