Underwriting Operations Manager
Tom joined NBS in 2024 as a New Business Underwriter and has since progressed through the team to his current role as Underwriting Operations Manager.
He oversees the day-to-day operations of the underwriting function, supporting Team Leaders and ensuring new business and renewals processes run efficiently. Tom plays a key role in maintaining high service standards, improving operational processes and ensuring the underwriting team continues to deliver an excellent service to our brokers.
