Product Performance Manager
Emily is responsible for overseeing product performance and maintaining disciplined loss ratios across our portfolio. She reviews both existing and new products, monitors large losses and emerging claims trends, and presents quarterly profitability updates to the business. Working closely with underwriting, she helps ensure pricing properly reflects risk, expenses and real-world performance.
Having previously led the claims team, Emily brings valuable operational insight into how products perform in practice, strengthening her ability to assess risk and long-term sustainability.
