Last Friday, the NBS team came together for our long-awaited Christmas party — an evening filled with great food, plenty of dancing, and the chance to celebrate another year of teamwork, progress, and shared achievement. It was the perfect setting to reflect on how far we’ve come this year, and an even better moment to shine a spotlight on the incredible people who make NBS what it is.
A highlight of the night was the presentation of the NBS Awards, our annual celebration of colleagues who have truly stood out over the past year.
The NBS Awards are our opportunity to recognise the people who have consistently gone above and beyond — not just in their roles, but in the way they support, uplift, and inspire those around them. They are the individuals who step forward when it matters, bring positivity and professionalism to every challenge, and help drive NBS forward in ways both big and small.
