
Discounted Rates Now Live Across Household Products

We’ve reduced rates across our household product range to help you win more business and retain more clients. Alongside this, we’ve introduced updates to our policy wordings and improved terms for holiday homes—giving you even more flexibility and clarity when placing risks.
Working closely with both HCC and Hiscox, we’ve applied targeted discounts for better-performing areas of the portfolio—particularly for properties built post-1920. These revised rates apply to both new business and renewals and are already live on the system.
Policy wordings now aligned
With the introduction of Hiscox to our panel, we’ve taken the opportunity to review and refine household documentation. As a result, all HCC household wordings have been updated to ensure consistency across our products and endorsements—creating a seamless experience throughout the system.
Holiday home inspection window extended
We’ve also enhanced our holiday home terms with HCC, increasing the standard property inspection period from 7 days to 60 days between lets or visits. This gives clients with second homes or less frequently occupied properties added reassurance and flexibility.
