Reflecting on Another Remarkable Year at NBS

As we wrap up another year, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey we’ve had at NBS in 2024. It’s been a year full of growth, innovation, and exciting changes.
This year has been truly transformative for us. We rebranded to strengthen our identity, won several industry awards, and even moved our head office. Our team grew by 30%, and we now have over 100 talented professionals on board. We also developed and launched four new products and welcomed an additional insurance partner. Hadron capacity is now available across all our SME, Professional Indemnity, Property Owners, and Commercial products, complementing our existing capacity. It’s been a busy year, but every effort has been worth it.
Looking ahead to 2025, the opportunities before us are immense. We’re just scratching the surface of what we can achieve in terms of premium growth, product development, and staff opportunities. It’s an exciting time for all of us. We are currently advancing our efficiency project and implementing new initiatives aimed at streamlining our processes. Altogether, these improvements will enhance the accuracy and speed of delivering quotations. We can’t wait to share more details with you in the coming weeks.
