Senior Underwriter (Technical & Training)
Harry is a Senior Underwriter at NBS, where he plays a key role in supporting technical underwriting excellence across the business. Combining strong underwriting expertise with a focus on development and improvement, Harry contributes to the evolution of products, policy wordings and underwriting guides, while helping to ensure consistency, quality and high standards across the team.
Alongside his technical responsibilities, Harry supports day-to-day underwriting decisions and assists colleagues with referrals and guidance, and contributes to the continuous improvement of underwriting standards and service delivery. His role reflects a blend of technical knowledge, clear communication and practical problem-solving, helping to strengthen both colleague capability and the quality of service provided to brokers and clients.
