Laura joined NBS Underwriting in 2017, launching her insurance career. Initially an administrator, she swiftly transitioned to Commercial Underwriter in the new business department in 2018. Progressing rapidly, Laura became a team leader and subsequently advanced to the position of Underwriting Operations Manager. In this role, she has made a profound impact on both the business and her team.

As the company experienced significant growth recently, Laura’s responsibilities expanded accordingly. She oversees more than 30 underwriters spanning three divisions of NBS, effectively managing the increased volume. Laura’s dedication and leadership have been instrumental in the company’s success.
