Paul heads the underwriting division at NBS Underwriting. With an illustrious career spanning over 25 years, Paul has garnered extensive expertise from composite insurers, MGAs, and broker markets. Joining NBS in January 2020, Paul assumed the role of Underwriting Director, taking responsibility for shaping NBS’s underwriting strategy.

At NBS, Paul plays a pivotal role in defining our approach to all facets of underwriting, ranging from meticulously managing loss ratios to driving innovative product development. His role also extends to cultivating a skilled and empowered workforce through comprehensive employee training. Since joining NBS, Paul has proactively strengthened and elevated the underwriting department, contributing significantly to the overall growth and success of NBS.
