Operations Director
Rachel joined NBS as an administrator when the company was first established in 2011. She has undertaken all roles in the business during this time, which has given her an in depth understanding of how the entire business operates. Rachel has always gone above and beyond to make NBS a success.
In 2020, Rachel joined the Board as Operations Director. In addition to overseeing the management and development of our online quotation platform, she also has responsibility for the wider operational side of the business, ensuring our processes, systems and technology continue to support our growth. As technology becomes increasingly important within the insurance industry, Rachel has played a key role in ensuring NBS continues to evolve and embrace new innovations.
Rachel is always thinking of others and has taken the lead on ensuring that we make NBS a great place to work. She leads on our employee wellbeing programme and has introduced several initiatives and rewards to ensure that we support the wellbeing of every single member of the team. Rachel was also at the forefront of developing the NBS team charter which provides employees with a clear understanding of our culture and behaviours.
