Rob joined NBS in December 2014, bringing significant underwriting experience across commercial and personal lines products in both regional and Lloyds’ markets.
As Head of Product Performance, Rob is responsible for monitoring and enhancing the performance of NBS’ product suite. He works closely with underwriting teams and brokers to review performance, spot trends and make practical improvements to products where needed.
His technical underwriting background, particularly with property and household products, provides a strong foundation for ensuring disciplined growth and consistent product delivery.
