Alfie has been part of NBS Underwriting since 2018, gaining wide-ranging experience across both renewals and new business. Now a Development Underwriter, he works closely with the development team to support the company’s growth and strengthen broker relationships. With deep knowledge of our commercial underwriting products, Alfie plays an active role in expanding market reach.

He regularly visits brokers to provide on-site underwriting support — writing risks directly and offering insight into NBS’s appetite to help brokers understand the types of business we’re looking to place. Known for his practical approach and strong market understanding, Alfie is focused on building long-term partnerships and supporting brokers in growing profitable, sustainable books.
